Product queries

The position of the thumb rings on the scissor determines whether they are straight or offset. Straight scissors have the finger holes aligned so that they will place your thumb directly below your third finger.

Offset scissors will position your thumb in a more natural location, however, this is simply a comfort issue. If your scissors feel comfortable to you, you will be able to execute your cuts more accurately.

This is entirely up to the user, with everyone having their own preference. Generaly, the length of your scissors will depend on the type of cutting that you do. Barbers often use longer scissors to cut large areas of hair, whereas hairdressers can use regular scissors for more accurate cutting.

The length of your hairdressing scissors can be measured from the tip to the end of the longest finger hole. Scissors are measured using your hand, and you need to consider the length of your hand. The blades must be a little longer than your index finger.
