If you purchase a pair of Joewell professional hairdressing scissors, and they are not to your liking, as long as they are unused, the hairdressing scissors can be returned for a refund or alternative item within fourteen days from purchase. Any postage costs incurred will not be refunded.

Joewell scissors are hand crafted in Japan out of the finest materials, and as such faults are very rare. However, if you do have a problem, faulty items can be returned directly to our address on the contact page, and we will endeavour to resolve the problem with either a repair or a replacement.

If you wish to have your hairdressing scissors sharpened, just contact us and we will be able to provide you with a list of companies, offering scissor sharpening services.
